The draft 13th five-year plan for industrial textiles has been submitted or released in June

Two 13th five-year plans for the textile system are likely to be released in June next year if the normal process is followed, a person familiar with the matter said.

The person said the 13th five-year plan could be considered a success if it is released in June next year. Because the 13th five-year plan at the national level needs to determine the direction and requirements after next year's two sessions.

The textile industry will release two 13th five-year plans for the "national level", namely the overall 13th five-year plan for the textile industry and the 13th five-year plan for the industrial textile industry. At present, the draft of the 13th five-year development plan for the industrial textile industry has been submitted to the ministry of industry and information technology.

According to the relevant procedures, after the submission of the draft 13th five-year plan to the ministry of industry and information technology, the draft plan will be firstly discussed within the ministry of industry and information technology, and the draft will be revised for the first time after the preliminary opinions are formed. The ministry of industry and information technology (miit) will consult other ministries and commissions on the revised draft and then revise it again. After the two sessions of the National People's Congress next year, the state council will formulate a definitive document on the 13th five-year development plan, or requirements.
